1. Stock and Pricing
Stock availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. Buyers should reconfirm the latest stock status and quotation before payment.
2. Quotations and Payment
The conditions stated in the official quotation or invoice, including currency, payment terms, and shipping basis, take precedence over general website information.
3. Export and Delivery
Shipment timing may vary based on vessel schedules, port conditions, customs procedures, and destination country requirements. Import permits, taxes, and local compliance remain the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Used Equipment Condition
Used equipment and vehicles are generally sold on an as-is basis. Pre-shipment checks are performed, but normal wear, age-related variation, and cosmetic differences are inherent to used stock.
